A leading cyber security company is seeking for a R&D Technical Project Manager (AI-Native)! Petah Tiqva | Hybrid * Temp position for 6 months- Maternity leave replacement * In this role, you will bridge technical execution with operational excellence while acting as an AI catalyst, prototyping automated workflows, LLM integrations, and smart tooling to optimize the R&D lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Project Execution: Lead end-to-end project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and milestones across multi-functional R&D, Product, and Operations teams. AI & Automation: Design and prototype AI-driven workflows (e.g., custom agents, LLM integrations, prompt engineering) to reduce manual overhead and streamline reporting. Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain end-to-end transparency, track KPIs/metrics, and communicate effectively with both engineering teams and executive management. Operational Excellence: Partner with the PMO to establish frameworks, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive continuous process optimization. Requirements Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline. Experience 2–3+ years as an R&D Technical Project Manager within a global software development organization (Mandatory). Methodology: Strong background in Agile frameworks at scale and full Software Development Life Cycle management. Technical "Builder" Mindset: Proven ability to create custom automations, scripts, or low-code solutions to solve workflow gaps. AI Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with the AI/LLM landscape, prompt engineering, and leveraging APIs or automation tools. Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, a "can-do" proactive attitude, and full proficiency in written/spoken English and Hebrew. Advantages MBA / M.Sc. or PMP certification. Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, or scripting for automation.
