We are seeking an experienced Global Freight Manager to join PowerFleet and lead our worldwide freight operations, customs clearance, and international trade compliance. If you are a results-oriented leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and cost-efficiency, we want to hear from you! What you’ll do Lead Global Operations: Oversee end-to-end inbound and outbound freight operations, ensuring seamless customs clearance and full regulatory compliance. Drive Efficiency: Own international trade activities, manage tariffs/duties, and lead continuous cost-reduction initiatives. Manage KPIs & Processes: Define operational KPIs, monitor performance, and implement processes to elevate service levels. Lead a Team: Manage, coach, and develop a small team, while collaborating closely with cross-functional global interfaces. What you’ll bring 5+ years of experience in global freight management and international trade compliance (Experience from global companies or freight forwarding – a major advantage). Deep knowledge of international trade regulations, customs processes, and tariffs. Proven track record in leading cost-reduction and operational efficiency initiatives. Strong leadership skills (direct or matrix management) with excellent stakeholder management abilities. BA in a relevant field.
