IT Team Lead 3+ years of hands-on IT experience with proven leadership, team mentoring, and ownership of IT projects. Strong expertise in Intune, Entra ID, Azure, endpoint management, identity, and access management. Experience managing enterprise infrastructure, networks, security, and business applications such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Salesforce, and Teams. Ability to lead implementations, support users, and manage modern IT platforms with a strong service mindset. Product Manager 2+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS software company, with expertise in large-scale cloud solutions, agile methodologies, and a strong technical background in mobile technologies. Experience in cybersecurity and ML/AI is an advantage, along with a B.Sc. in Computer Science or an equivalent degree. Highly analytical, collaborative, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Strategic Fraud Intelligence Analyst Degree in a STEM field or equivalent self-directed education in data analytics/programming, with experience in fraud, financial crime, data analysis, or a related field. Strong SQL skills, with Python and/or R experience considered a significant advantage. Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets, leverage AI tools responsibly, and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and data visualization skills, including presenting technical findings clearly to executive audiences. Technical Knowledge Manager The role requires strong technical depth, with the ability to read code, API specs, and architecture diagrams, and collaborate effectively with engineers. Solid understanding of DX and UX principles, ensuring technical documentation is clear, usable, and user-focused. AI-native fluency, using LLMs to accelerate drafting, summarization, and documentation workflows, including experience with AI-assisted tools like GPT, Claude, Confluence, or Notion. Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated content, with awareness of accuracy, hallucinations, and trust in technical documentation. Senior DevOps Infra Engineer 5+ years of SRE/DevOps experience with strong cloud expertise across AWS, Azure, or GCP and production Kubernetes environments. Strong programming skills (especially Python), Linux experience, and solid understanding of networking and cloud security. Experience managing web infrastructure, including Nginx, CDN/DNS services, monitoring, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Coralogix. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) and building reliable production systems. Back-End Team Leader - Server Group 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience, including 3+ years leading software teams or serving as a Tech Lead. Strong expertise in high-traffic, production-critical systems with a focus on reliability, infrastructure, and performance optimization. Proven leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, along with a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with Python or Rust (and interest in developing with Rust) is an advantage. Data Scientist Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist in a production environment (or a PhD with relevant experience). Strong skills in Python, SQL, statistics, machine learning/deep learning, and data visualization are essential. The role also values strong communication and teamwork abilities, with experience building AI agents or LLM-based workflows considered a plus. Incident Response Engineer Hands-on SecOps/Incident Response experience, including investigating security incidents, handling alerts, performing root cause analysis, and driving remediation. Strong knowledge of IR processes, operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac), cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and identifying cloud-based threats. Experience with security tools such as SIEM (e.g., Splunk), EDR, XSOAR, vulnerability scanners, secure access, email security, and MDM solutions. Ability to use scripting (Python/Bash) for investigations, log analysis, automation, and security data processing. Software Infrastructure Developer (Agentic AI Focus) 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Python and/or TypeScript, strong experience with Kubernetes and Helm, AI Experience — Mandatory: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on production experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, multi-agent systems, or internal AI platforms, hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, and OpenAI and/or Anthropic APIs..
