Lead Development Engineer (Medical Devices) Haifa Area A leading medical device company is looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior R&D Engineer to join an innovative multidisciplinary development team working on advanced medical technologies. This is an excellent opportunity to take part in end-to-end product development — from concept and design through verification, validation, regulatory compliance, and transfer to production. Responsibilities • Lead engineering development activities for multidisciplinary medical systems • PCB design and/or technical oversight of electronic board development • Write technical documentation, specifications, development and regulatory documents • Collaborate closely with R&D, QA, Regulatory, Manufacturing and external vendors • Participate in V&V processes and support NPI / transfer to production • Drive engineering solutions for performance, reliability and compliance improvements Requirements • B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering • 5+ years of experience in electronic product development • Medical device industry experience – strong advantage • Strong understanding of full product development lifecycle • Experience with engineering documentation and technical writing • Experience with multidisciplinary systems • Hands-on PCB design background • Familiarity with FDA / ISO 13485 environments CVs can be sent to OR The position is open to women and men alike.
