Matrix is looking for a Global Supply Chain Planner (Yokneam) Validate regional forecasts, challenge assumptions, and identify major demand changes, gaps, or inconsistencies. Convert approved forecasts into Net Requirements based on inventory, safety stock, open supply, and planning parameters. Align demand and supply with local planning team, regional planners, suppliers, external manufacturers, logistics, finance, and commercial teams. Monitor inventory, supply gaps, backorder risk, SLOB exposure, and service-level impact. Support IBP / S&OP cycles with clear data analysis, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. Support new product launches, phase-in / phase-out activities, and supply readiness for assigned products. Improve planning processes through better reporting, dashboards, automation, and standardization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, supply planning, business planning, or operations planning. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability. Experience with ERP / planning systems (such as SAP, Oracle,or similar). Strong English communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders..
