An innovative AI startup in the Sharon area (hybrid model) is looking for a strong Full Stack / Backend Engineer with solid hands-on AI experience to join a core engineering team building next-generation agentic AI systems.This is a highly technical, hands-on role for engineers who use AI as part of their development workflow — not just consume APIs.What we’re looking for:1. ~3+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Backend Engineer2. Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills3. Experience building production-grade AI / LLM applications4. Hands-on work with RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, tool calling, agentic workflows or LLM orchestration5. Experience with modern cloud environments (AWS/GCP)6.
