AI Lead Engineer Role Purpose Support the organization in identifying, designing, and implementing Artificial Intelligence and automation solutions that improve business performance, increase productivity, and create competitive advantage across functions. This role is a full-time employee position responsible for leading AI initiatives and building internal capabilities across the organization. Reporting Line * This role reports to the IT Manager and works closely with business leaders and the Global Leadership Team (GLT) to identify and implement AI initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities * Develop and lead the company’s AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities. Identify high-impact opportunities for AI implementation across functions such as Sales & Commercial Marketing Supply Chain & Procurement Operations & Manufacturing Customer Service HR and People Analytics * Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions, agents, automation, and support scaling successful projects across the organization. * Work closely with business teams to ensure successful integration of AI tools with existing systems and data platforms. * Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, agents, tools, and platforms that support the company’s long-term strategy. * Establish AI governance, data standards, and responsible AI practices. * Support change management and training programs to drive AI adoption among employees and managers. * Monitor and measure the business impact and ROI of AI initiatives. Expertise & Qualifications Expertise and knowledge of at list 5 of those tools :Claude, Claude code, Zapier, Make, Gemini, Copilot , Cursor, Bardeen, n8n, GitHub Copilot Ability to understand and design complicated business process Systems analyst background – big advantage You may send you CV to the following e-mail address.
