Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Serve as the main point of contact for client needs and ongoing success Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support customer goals Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts Conduct customer meetings and onsite visits when needed Monitor account health and manage customer reporting Proactively resolve issues and improve customer experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree — required Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Experience working with large data sets and advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment 1+ year of experience in Account Management or a similar client-facing role- a big plus!
