A fast-growing technology company in Rehovot is looking for a versatile and highly autonomous IT Infrastructre Engineer to take full ownership of the company’s IT environment. This is a solo IT role, responsible for the entire technology lifecycle - from cloud infrastructure and identity management to on-prem virtualization, network security, and global end-user support. Key Responsibilities • Manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Intune, and Azure AD (Entra ID) including SSO and device management • Maintain on-prem virtualization (XenServer/Xen-Orchestra) and internal systems (GitLab, Nexus, Authentik, Outline) • Oversee network infrastructure and security including FortiGate firewalls, VPN, and VLANs • Provide Tier 1- 3 global IT support for Windows and Linux environments • Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, hardware procurement, and provisioning Must Have • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams) as Global Admin • Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Azure AD environments • Virtualization experience (XenServer / Proxmox / ESXi) • Network security and firewall experience (FortiGate / Palo Alto / Sophos) • Ability to work independently as a sole IT owner Nice to Have • Docker • Scripting (PowerShell / Bash / Python / NodeJS) • DevOps tools (GitLab, Nexus) • VOIP systems (Yealink) • Automation tools (n8n / Make.com).
