Junior Developer – Entry-Level Opportunity Location: Hybrid – (2 days/week in-office (Microsoft Tel Aviv) - 4 days/week from home). Type: Full-time Salary: Minimum wage, Stock Options after a year. About the Role This is a hands-on, demanding role for someone who wants to break into tech the hard way by showing up, building, and learning every single day. You’ll be working directly with the founding team, taking part in real development tasks from day one. We’re offering a real chance to prove yourself – not a polished internship or a cozy bootcamp. Who this is for ● Someone who wants to become a real developer – and knows it takes hard work. ● Someone who is okay with minimum wage in exchange for maximum learning and growth. ● Someone who’s not afraid to take responsibility, ask questions, and make mistakes. Requirements ● BSc in Computer Science, or significant hands-on coding experience. ● Basic experience with React (at least one project you can share). ● Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript. ● You've built something – even small – and you understand how it works. ● High self-motivation, independence, and willingness to work hard. Nice to have ● Node.js or backend development experience. ● Git and collaborative development workflows. What to expect ● Weekly rhythm: Planning (Sunday), Q&A (Tuesday), Code Review (Weekly). ● Joining the founding team of our startup means being an integral part of the core group building the product and learning the tech world through hands-on, real-world experience. ● Direct mentorship from Dirctor of Engineering with 20 years of experience in companies like Nice, Iron source, and Unity. ● Exposure to both product and business sides of a startup. ● Stock options available after one year.
