If you thrive on deadlines, precision is second nature to you, and you are passionate about the world of patents and designs – this could be your next career move Key Responsibilities: Preparation and filing of patent and design applications in Israel and internationally Conducting IP searches and preparing status and legal reports Managing deadlines and tracking IP portfolios to ensure regulatory compliance Ongoing communication with clients, local agents, and international offices Drafting correspondence, legal documents, and formal filings Maintaining and updating electronic and physical IP records Preparing and filing IDS submissions with the USPTO Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal (preferably in Intellectual Property) Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal) Experience with IP management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail Team player with excellent communication and client service skills Full-time, on-site position Salary commensurate with experience Interested ?
